Overview Contract – Mechanical Design Engineer (Solidworks)

Up to £50 per hour (Outside IR35) 3 months initially Immediate start – one-stage interview

We’re recruiting on behalf of a key client who urgently needs a Solidworks Mechanical Design Engineer to support their busy R&D team. This is a fast-moving requirement, and if you’re available to start next week, all the better. Base pay range Up to £50 per hour (Outside IR35) What you’ll be doing

Mechanical design using Solidworks (own licence highly desirable) Full product design – from concept through to manufacture Sheet metal design and design calculations

What we’re looking for

Strong Solidworks skills (with your own licence ideally) Proven experience in sheet metal and product design Confident in design calculations and motor specification requirements Able to work onsite in Knutsford
