In this role, you’ll work with the Manufacturing Engineering Lead and collaborate with a multi-functional team on innovative R&T projects. Your initial focus will be on mechanical design using CATIA V5 and 3DX, tooling, and DFMEA, contributing to groundbreaking innovations in the industry. Work closely with business units, program managers, and value streams to mature technologies to preproduction level. Conduct accessibility studies for manual drilling/assembly, analyse robotic reachability, and propose design adaptations. Perform FEA analysis to make sure safety and efficiency.
