Job Summary:

My client design, engineer and install their unique products globally and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team reporting to our Senior Engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems and products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable engineering solutions that meet project specifications, timelines, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor). Conduct engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations using FEA/CFD tools. Develop and test prototypes, analyse test data, and iterate designs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards. Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and test reports. Oversee and support production processes to ensure product quality and reliability. Evaluate materials and manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
