About the Role Were looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join a busy and fast-growing Building Services team working out of a South London office. With a strong pipeline of high-end residential and prestigious commercial fit-out projectsincluding work at landmark sites - this is a fantastic opportunity for a technically capable engineer whos ready to hit the ground running. Youll be working alongside a close-knit team, supported by a hands-on director. The atmosphere is collaborative, delivery-focused, and suited to someone whos self-motivated, organized, and ready to take ownership of their work. What Youll Be Doing as a Mechanical Design Engineer Designing and coordinating mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) across high-end residential and commercial projects Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and internal design teams Attending site and design meetings Producing technical drawings and specifications Ensuring designs meet current building regulations and sustainability goals What we are looking for 36 years experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy-side preferred) Strong technical ability and confidence in taking on project work with minimal supervision Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES Understanding of UK Building Regulations and CIBSE standards Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Why Join?
