You'll control projects from initial brief through to final installation, building direct relationships with suppliers who'll turn your concepts into reality. No design review committees or endless revisions - just proper engineering that delivers results.


The reality: You're the technical lead on multiple projects, handling everything from 3D modelling through to budget management. Expect hands-on CAD work in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, creating manufacturing drawings that actually get used, and coordinating with suppliers to solve real engineering challenges. You'll manage timelines, track costs, and report directly to senior management.
