In this role, you will play a key part in developing some of the most innovative Agricultural Technology equipment in the UK-cutting-edge designs that are disrupting the agri-tech market and shaping the future of sustainable farming.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and developing complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks and 3D CAD. Bringing new ideas to life within the Agri-Tech and Agricultural Technology sectors. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and market-leading products. Taking ownership of projects from concept through to manufacture, ensuring designs are efficient and practical. Supporting the continuous improvement of our product range in line with the rapid growth of Agri-Tech innovation.What they are looking for:
