Mechanical Design Engineer ?? This is a fantastic opportunity to join at an early growth stage and play a key role in shaping the company's design function. As the Mechanical Design Engineer , you'll be responsible for developing designs from concept through to completion, working closely with project and construction teams. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own design team as the business continues to expand. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed mechanical designs for commercial projects (CAT A & B fit outs, refurbishments, etc.) Work with the pre-construction and project delivery teams to develop efficient, buildable solutions. Attend client and design coordination meetings. Support design validation and value engineering processes. Ensure all designs meet relevant standards and client requirements.
