Mechanical Design Engineer Permanent ASAP Start Salary dependent on experience Kirkbymoorside | 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday
Mechanical Design Engineer The Mechanical Design Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
Producing engineering designs (2d/3D), specification and documents Using simulation tools for FEA. Also using GD&T understanding for hand calculations/structural calcs Assisting sales and project teams in the estimation/preparation of quotes and proposals Working closely with shopfloor teams to ensure good understanding around assembly/manufacturing techniquesMechanical Design Engineer The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Proven Mechanical Design experience both 2D and 3D (Solidworks/PDM is desirable but not essential) GD&T understanding and being able to apply hand calcs Experience working within a manufacturing businessBenefits:
