We are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and complete allocated draughting and modelling work in an efficient and timely manner ensuring designs are accurate. You will also act as a support resource for the Mechanical Design Team. This varied role will include: Delivery of engineering solutions in response to bespoke customer requirements for the range of products. Working directly with sales staff, Project Managers, Customers & Suppliers to establish specifications and produce drawings of design proposals for approval. Creating Bills of Materials and determining product specifications with supply chain. Generating and maintaining CAD models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor 2016 and Solidworks 2016. Prototype build and continuous improvement of new projects.
