A highly reputable Manufacturer are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer. This company are recognised globally for their Commercial Vehicles and Material Handling Solutions which have revolutionised the waste disposal industry.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will take the lead on your own designs and provide support to the manufacturing and production teams. This role will also consist of full lifecycle design, technical drawings, new product design, continuous improvement and overseeing your work into manufacture.

Mechanical Design Engineer requirements:

Degree or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

3D CAD - SolidWorks

Fabrication design

Commercial Vehicle, Agricultural, Waste, Heavy industry experience (highly beneficial)
