We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.

What You'll Be Doing
Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systemsDiagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipmentEnsuring compliance with health & safety regulationsProviding technical support and expertise across multiple sitesLiaising with customers to deliver outstanding serviceSupporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers
What We're Looking For
Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenancePrevious experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred)Valid UK driving licence (essential)Qualifications: 18th Edition, F-Gas, Test & InspectionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyIT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectivelyAdditional Information:
