We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the team of an established company in the Barton Under Needwood area, on a temp-to-perm basis.

Pay Rate: £24-26ph (paid weekly via umbrella)

Salary: £40-42k (depending on experience)

Location: Barton Under Needwood (Static role)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Call Out: 1 in 3

Overtime Available

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

*

Fault finding and repair of various mechanical systems

*

Working with pumps, motors, HVAC, pneumatics, and fluid systems

*

Providing maintenance on plumbing and associated mechanical systems

*

Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring safety standards are met

*

Performing scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks across the site

*

Assisting in the improvement of site equipment and systems

To be successful as a Mechanical Engineer, you will need:

*

NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

*

IPAF certification

*

Experience working with pumps, motors, HVAC, pneumatics, plumbing, and fluids

*

Previous experience in a mechanical engineering or maintenance role
