Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems, including boilers, pumps, pipework, valves, and associated equipment. Install, repair, and service mechanical and plumbing components in accordance with specifications and technical drawings. Identify and diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and work from technical manuals. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Ensure all work complies with current health, safety, and environmental legislation. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
