Key Tasks:

Work on the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to in-service support across high-impact aerospace programs Design hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems used in leading aerospace platforms Translate complex customer specifications into innovative, manufacturable solutions. Collaborate across teams to develop test equipment and ensure design excellence. Drive verification & validation (V&V) and present solutions to clients and stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to shaping the engineering culture and best practices.

Your Profile

BEng/BSc in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of relevant experience in aerospace, or with gears, hydraulics, or electro-mechanical components. Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar), with solid understanding of: Design for manufacture & mechanical design principles Reliability, safety, GD&T, DFMEA, and aerospace quality standards Strong communication and presentation skills. Eager to develop into a leadership/mentorship role.
