Mechanical Engineer – Commercial Office Environment

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 + Overtime Opportunities

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the office environment

Ensure all building systems run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards

*

Provide call-out cover as part of the rota

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to maintain high service levels

Candidate Requirements

*

Qualified Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in commercial environments

*

Willingness to train and progress toward AP (Authorised Person) status

*

Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused approach

*

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
