Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: Damhead Creek Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Benefits: Pension, Private Medical, Incentive plan, 25 Holidays THE POSITION An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer to be based at Damhead Creek (preferred) or Shoreham. As part of our Group Engineering Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of large-scale projects along with all Compliance Requirements associated with our mechanical, pressure systems & large rotating plant assets across the Portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to a Mechanical Engineer Lead you will also assist in maintenance activities when required to keep the plant running round the clock to deliver for our customers. You will be part of a team ensuring our assets comply with regulatory, industry and company best practices & standards Your input will be essential to ensure the company business objectives are met whilst maintaining & ensuring safe, reliant and profitable generation.
