OverviewJob Title: Mechanical / HVAC Engineer - FacilitiesLocation: Ashford, Surrey/MiddlesexPackage: £46,000 + Overtime + AP/CP trainingWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pmResponsibilitiesCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical & HVAC systems.Carry out Mechanical PPM and repair tasks relating to pumps, AHU's, FCU's, calorifiers & more.Assist with occasional maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and further statutory electrical systems.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota to provide emergency support.QualificationsNVQ (Practical & Theory) Level 3 equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing/HeatingProven experience in a similar building maintenance role.Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and regulations.Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.If you feel you will be a great match to this position, then please apply or call James at The Invictus Group on (phone number removed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
