Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, providing guidance and support Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical systems Maintain and optimize HVAC plant, boilers, pumps, VAV/VRV systems, and water treatment equipment Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices Manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls for mechanical systems Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across the siteRequirements: NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in a similar senior or lead role within building services or mechanical maintenance Strong leadership skills with th...
