Experience of working as as a Mechanical Engineer within commercial buildings

City and Guilds -Mechanical Engineering Services NVQ Level 2 or higher.

A Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure Systems (CPMPS)

Full UK Driving licence

Technically experienced in maintenance of mechanical assets (HVAC/Boilers etc) within commercial environmentsPurpose of Role:

Working within the Portsmouth and surrounding areas - carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Mechanical Buildings Services Engineering Assets - such as heating, ventilation, boilers, air handling units, plant equipment.
