Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – £42k - £44k basic & overtime, £5k car allowance / car, £2.5k bonus, 12% pension, 25 day holiday, world class training, for a “UK Top employer”. Training to become “Engineering Surveyor”.

Responsibilities

  • Test and inspect lifting equipment and cranes as part of the Engineering Surveyor progression.
  • Utilise mechanical engineering knowledge gained through experience and training.
  • Contribute to site safety by ensuring equipment compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

  • HNC within a mechanical engineering discipline (required as the basis of training for the Surveying role).
  • Experience maintaining equipment such as MEWPs, HIABs, cranes, FLTs, lifting tackle, powered access, etc.
  • LOLER or PUWER knowledge would be a bonus.
