This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern workspace operated by a major financial organisation. Working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering mechanical and plumbing maintenance across a prestigious office facility. You will carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, with a focus on plumbing systems, drainage, heating systems, and general mechanical plant. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on all plumbing and mechanical systems.
Respond to issues involving pipework, drainage, sanitary systems, pumps, valves, and heating infrastructure.
Undertake minor plumbing installations and modifications, including copper, plastic, and steel pipework.
Support fault-finding and resolution across mechanical systems including AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC plant.
Ensure all compliance tasks are completed and logged accurately, including water hygiene and flushing.
