?? What Youll Be Doing
Youll be the go-to expert for all things mechanical and general building maintenance, keeping critical systems running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
Carrying out planned & reactive M&E maintenance Small lighting installs, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes Emergency lighting & BMS monitoring AHU/FCU maintenance filter changes, cleaning Basic plumbing e.g. unblocking toilets Water temp checks (non-dosing) Coordinating and escorting subcontractors Keeping site logbooks up to date Attending client meetings as needed

Week 1: 07:00 16:00 Week 2: 10:00 19:00 1 in 4 call out (with paid call-outs)
