Maintenance Engineer Rugby Mon - Thurs 3pm - 1am £40,000 Permanent We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a factory near Rugby town centre to handle planned maintenance (PPM/TPM) with automated machinery. You'll be working on kit like conveyors and PLCs. It's a mostly mechanical role so you'll need to be strong there, however there is some basic electrical work involved. The big plus here is the shift. You get a three day weekend every week, giving you a better work-life balance, you will be trusted to get on with the job so no micromanagement.
