Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £48,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Location: St James, London (4 sites) Call Out: 1 in 15 rota
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, covering four prestigious sites in the St James area of London.
Key Responsibilities:
\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all sites
\n \n
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns
\n \n
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
\n \n
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report findings
\n \n
Participate in a 1 in 15 call-out rota to provide out-of-hours support
\n \n
Requirements:
\n Proven experience in mechanical building services maintenance (commercial environment )
\n \n
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pumps, valves, and general mechanical plant
\n \n
Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds)
\n \n
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
\n \n
Foot mobile – must be comfortable travelling between sites on foot or via public transport
\n \n
Benefits:
