We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team at a prestigious commercial building in Central London . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all mechanical plant and building services systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services, including: HVAC systems

Pumps, motors, and valves

Air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs)

Boilers and pressurisation units

Hot and cold water systems
