Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on mechanical plant, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, motors, and associated pipework.
Performing essential water hygiene duties, including temperature monitoring (tap temps), flushing of little-used outlets, and basic TMV servicing in line with L8 compliance.
