Due to growth within the team, we are looking for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join our customers facilities team, supporting a large commercial property near Paddington. The successful candidate will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all mechanical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. A key part of the role will involve working with cooling towers, so prior hands-on experience is essential. Key Responsibilities * Deliver planned preventative maintenance across a range of mechanical plant and equipment. * Respond to reactive maintenance issues quickly and effectively, minimising downtime. * Carry out inspections, testing, and fault diagnosis on mechanical systems, including cooling towers, HVAC, pumps, plumbing, pipe work and associated plant. * Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety, water hygiene, and statutory regulations. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to management. * Support wider FM team with general building services tasks as required.
