Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Resourcing Group are partnering with a World Leading FM Business for the recruitment of a Static Engineer to be based at one of their key sites in Worcester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting mechanical systems within the site, ensuring smooth operations of critical building services.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (will also be part of an on-call rota). Salary £34k - £36k & on call allowance of £180.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of mechanical systems. * Troubleshooting, fault finding, and installation of mechanical services. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. * Collaborating with internal teams to minimise disruptions.
We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience in mechanical systems, including DHW, LPHW, CHW, and ventilation. * An NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services (or equivalent). * A background in healthcare facilities management or similar environments would be ideal but not essential.
