Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Bank. CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building, located less than a 5-minute walk from Bank Station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Key Duties &Responsibilities Monitor the mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Pressurization Units Cooling Towers Chillers Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment Monitor the BMS systems Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) General building fabric Escort specialist subcontractors Hours of work Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 08:00am to 17:00pm - Week 1 09:00am to 18:00pm - Week 2 No Callout Requirements Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Installation experience Excellent customer service skills Happy to cover a large site Honest, hard working and reliable Package Up to £47,000 per annum Lots of Overtime available 25 days holiday + BH Company Pension Please send your CV to Archie Reed at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity!
