Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Monday to Friday - Luton - Temporary

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider working in Luton in a Aviation environment. Working within a team you will be responsible the completion of planned and reactive maintenance. The Engineer must have experience working in mainteance within a commercial or industrial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

\n Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings \n

Boiler maintenance \n

Emergency lighting \n

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n

Chillers - Re-set \n

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \n

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc \n

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) \n

UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings \n

Basic Electrical duties \n

Hours of work / package / duration

\n Monday to Friday \n

Weekly rotating hours: 7am to 4pm - 9am to 6pm \n

2 week temp role initially, can be extended depending on clearance of a Temp Airside Pass \n

£25p/h - 8 hours paid per day \n

Immediate start \n

Requirements

\n Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc) \n

A proven track record in Building Maintenance, Mechanical bias \n

Must be able to pass a Temporary Airside Pass \n

Must have a 5 year traceable work history \n
