What you’ll be doing As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be working across a wide range of large-scale heavy plant and equipment. Around 70% of the role is reactive breakdown work, with 30% focused on planned maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out maintenance on hoppers, mixers, conveyors, kilns, silos, and large-scale slicing/mixing equipment. Servicing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
