Synergi are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a large manufacturer in Chessington. The successful candidate would join the Engineering Team on a 4 on 4 off basis working an average of 42.5 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Fitter to work in an award-winning business with progression and training options.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing reactive and Planned Maintenance and ensure standards are hit.
  • Diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions.
  • Repair of site machinery with electrical and mechanical multi-skilling will be required.
  • You will be aware of the pressures involved and have a proactive approach to electrical maintenance.

Qualifications

  • A UK Recognised engineering qualification
  • Worked in either Food, Pharmaceutical, Automation, General FMCG
