Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, boilers, AHUs, FCUs, and plumbing systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation.

Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability targets across the estate.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other engineers to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption.

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, safe systems of work, and company procedures.

Provide input into asset life-cycle planning and continuous improvement of maintenance systems.

Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs as required.

Conduct inspections and tests in line with statutory compliance and estate standards.

Report any incidents, defects, or risks to the Facilities Management team
