Terms: Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below - C&G/NVQ Mechanical/Plumbing Level 2 or 3 Degree within Mechanical Engineering (desired) Steam Boiler (desired)

About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer working on an industrial site in Preston. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mechanical Engineers to their team.

Responsibilities: You will be part of a team of 2 reporting into the Contract Manager. Steam boiler experience and plumbing experience would be ideal. PPM's & reactive maintenance. Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance. You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, plumbing etc.

Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) The ideal candidate has bundles of experience of being part of a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
