Employment Solutions are looking for an experienced, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing client based in Blackburn. Working a double day's shift pattern, this is a great opportunity to join a people focussed business.
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and performance in a high-volume engineering operation. This role is tailored towards a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a background working in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will come from a fast-moving manufacturing environment with 3-5 years' experience as a minimum. Experience with pneumatics, power presses and processing equipment
This role offers a rewarding overall package which consists of a basic salary in the region of £45,000, with 8% company pension contributions, medical cover, performance related bonus.
Overtime is also readily available.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
Provide efficient breakdown support to meet production targets
Preventative and reactive maintenance on workshop machinery
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
