Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Kingston Upon Thames, South West London - Up to £45,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based across a large commercial estate located near Kingston Upon Thames. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the on-site maintenance team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance duties to the following;

Duties: ? Carry out all aspects of mechanical maintenance activities across mechanical plant and systems ? Hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance ? Commercial heating systems ?
