Mechanical Project Engineer, Birmingham, salary up to £55k+car\n\nAre you:\n* A mechanical Building Services Project Engineer, keen to focus on niche ventilation led contracts?\n* Perhaps an experienced HVAC service or commissioning engineer keen to take the step up?\n* Wanting to be part of a growing team, with genuine career opportunities?\nThen, this could be for you.\n\nTHE ROLE\n* Being the technical and project point of contact from point of order.\n* Checking variations to the design, specification and programme.\n* Liaising with the factory for manufacturing & production of equipment.\n* Managing programme of works, sub-contract labour, in-house engineers and logistics.\n* Able to trouble-shoot on site and provide technical support at installation and commissioning phase to handover.\n* Full client responsibility, attending meetings and sites on a regular basis.\n\nTHE PERSON\nEssential:\n* A strong & proven technical understanding of Mechanical Building Services.\n* Strong product experience of ventilation systems, in particular Air Handling Units is of preference. Full product training will be given.\n* Previous site experience in install, service or commissioning of HVAC equipment is but not essential.\n* Ability to be office based, produce accurate & detailed reports of projects through to handover.\n* Be flexible to travel to UK sites as required, with a full driving licence.\n\nTHE PACKAGE\nA basic up to approx £55k plus car or allowance.\nFull benefits package.\n\nTHE LOCATION\nIdeally you'll be based with commuting distance of the office in Birmingham to work with the team.\nThe role will include site visits and some home working during your working week
