A tier 1 M&E contractor renowned for delivering commercial and residential projects across London is currently seeking an immediately available Mechanical Project Engineer to join a residential or commercial project for 8–12 weeks.

They offer the option to work remotely (site/office visits may be required), in the office if preferred, and/or on-site. Flexibility will be provided for the right candidate.

Paying £300–£400 per day (contract/freelance/monthly basis)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Design/BIM team to close out all B/C-status drawing comments.
• On a couple of projects there are still some first issue drawings which need to be issued.
• Close out B/C-status technical submittal comments.
