Key Responsibilities:

Manage technical and critical success factors across the full project lifecycle
*
Plan and deliver engineering projects to time and spec
*
Contribute to or oversee the design of cryogenic equipment
*
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and provide technical leadership
*
Support sales with technical documentation and tender input
*
Perform hands-on testing, wiring, and global system installations
*
Improve engineering processes and contribute to product innovation
Qualifications & Experience:
*
Degree in Physics or Engineering (or related discipline)
*
Experience in product or project engineering within a scientific or R&D setting
*
Understanding of cryogenic equipment and system design
*
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
