So £36-42k basic, with the overtime taking you much further up on that and a chance to work for a growing company with a great reputation in their field.

The person: We're pretty open here in regard to sector and experience - but we're looking for someone who has a strong mechanical background, ideally around plant. You will be using your mechanical expertise to oversee these various and varied projects using your hands on skills - any experience around experience with Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, LOLER would be marvelous.
