The team is led by a manager who values and invests in their employees, fostering a positive and stable work culture.Key Responsibilities:Carry out daily PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systemsRespond promptly to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficientlyMaintain and repair HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment equipmentWork on general building maintenance tasks as required, including pumps, boilers, drainage, and plumbingConduct fault-finding and repair on key mechanical systemsOperate and manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End ControlsRequirements:NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical EngineeringIdeally, 3 years of experience in building services maintenanceStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose faults effectivelyMotivated to succeed and develop within the roleWhat’s On Offer:Competitive salary of £46,000 per annumGenerous overtime opportunitiesAnnual leave + bank holidaysPension scheme and healthcare benefitsFirst-class training and career developmentSupportive, people-focused culture with excellent progression opportunitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a reputation for retaining staff and providing exceptional career development.
