This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company on one of their high-profile contracts in the City of London. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern as part of a large maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

The company is a well established maintenance provider who is looking for a mechanical engineer to join their team with the vision to progress into a lead engineer. This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious site, with the role being very hands on with minimal contractor usage

Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Managing sub contractors, issuing RAMS and escorting duties Heat Exchangers Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units Generators BMS Operation Motors Requirements Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience - 5 Years Min Very Client facing Driven and Methodical Package £50,000 - £55,000 per annum 4 on 4 off - (Days and night) 20 days holiday Pension package Overtime Available Training Great opportunity to progress internally
