About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead MEP design and coordination efforts for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
Manage and coordinate with project team members, including architects, contractors, and sub-contractors, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP designs and systems.
Develop and review design calculations, plans, specifications, and reports.
Prepare cost estimates and participate in project budgeting.
Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
5+ years of experience in MEP design and project management.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines.
Familiarity with building codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
