Microsoft Dynamics Engineer - Up to £55k

This role description is provided for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist within a forward-thinking organisation undergoing digital transformation. You’ll deliver scalable, high‑impact Dynamics 365 solutions across finance, operations and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (primarily Finance & Operations)
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders across IT, finance, supply chain and commercial functions
• Monitor system performance and deliver ongoing improvements and bug fixes
• Integrate Dynamics with other business systems and third‑party applications
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to deliver project milestones
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation processes

About you

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally in a mid-to-senior technical role
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data migration, system integration and solution architecture
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or CRM modules
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform technologies
