My Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Microsoft Power Platform / Agentic AI Engineer on an initial 6 month contract based in London. It is hybrid and will require 3x days onsite per week. \n\nYou will lead the development of intelligent, enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft's low-code ecosystem.

This role focuses on building Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps that integrate with enterprise systems and leverage Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AI services.\n\nYou will design and orchestrate agentic workflows that automate high-value tasks across banking functions such as compliance, risk, and document processing-while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, FCA guidance).\n\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities\n\nPower Platform & Copilot Studio Development\n\nDesign and build conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nDevelop Power Automate flows triggered by AI agents or business events.\nCreate Power Apps frontends integrated with GenAI services and enterprise data.\nBuild and manage custom connectors to internal APIs and third-party services. \n\nAgentic Workflow Orchestration\n\nArchitect multi-step agent workflows using:\nSemantic Kernel SDK (C# or Python)\nAzure OpenAI (GPT-4, function calling, chat completion)\nPlanner and Kernel Memory APIs for reasoning and memory\nRAG pipelines grounded in enterprise data via Azure AI Search \n\nMicrosoft 365 & Graph API Integration\n\nEnable agents to access and reason over content in:\nSharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Planner\nUse Microsoft Graph API to retrieve and manipulate enterprise data \n\nEnterprise Data & AI Services Integration\n\nIntegrate with:\nAzure AI Search (vector indexing, hybrid search)\nAzure Form Recognizer for document understanding\nAzure Services for summarization, translation, and NER \n\nCloud Engineering & Security\n\nDeploy solutions using:\nAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Apps\nAzure Key Vault, Monitor, and RBAC\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for and access control \n\nTechnical Skills & Technologies:\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Platform, including:\nCopilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom connectors\nSharePoint Development\nProficiency in Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI, and Semantic Kernel\nSolid programming skills in Python and/or C#\nExperience with:\nLangChain, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks\nAzure AI Search, Form Recognizer, and Services\nGitHub Actions, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices\nFamiliarity with:\nResponsible AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)\nGDPR, data , and DLP policies\nAzure DevOps, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform\nProven track record delivering agent-based or GenAI solutions in enterprise or regulated environments
