Microsoft Support Engineer with SKYPE Expertise - Must have an active DV Clearance or an SC Clearance and you will be sponsored to attain your DV Overview of the Microsoft Support Engineer role We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Support Engineer to provide expert technical support across security domains. This is a hands-on role requiring L3/L4 experience, where you will take ownership of incidents and deliver effective solutions in a complex environment. Key responsibilities of the Microsoft Support Engineer Install, configure, and deploy Microsoft servers, clients, and infrastructure in on-premises environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft products including Skype , Exchange , and SharePoint
Support the deployment of security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations
Produce and maintain documentation while transferring knowledge to other support staff
