Job Title: Mid-Level AV Engineer

Location: Site Based – UK & Europe

Department: Installations 

Reports To: Head of Projects 

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: 28-32K + OT

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level AV Engineer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 1st fix cabling and AV installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and support AV systems, including video conferencing, control systems, audio distribution, displays, and projection systems.
• Read and understand AV system drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Support installation team onsite on audio visual projects 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience in AV engineering/installation roles in the corporate sector 
• Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams, Cisco Webex).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (CAD drawings, signal diagrams).
• Comfortable working on ladders/access equipment 
• Competent use of power tools and hand tools 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
