We are hiring for Migration Support Engineer for our client's project based at London, UK – Hybrid

Role Description:

• Provide on-site support during the migration process
• Assist users with post-migration teething issues
• Install and configure hardware and software as required
• Wipe and prepare devices for redeployment
• Log and escalate incidents or service requests via the ticketing system (e.g., iSnow)
• Offer friendly, clear guidance to end users on new systems or changes
• Liaise with the central IT team to ensure smooth resolution of issues

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., iSnow, ServiceNow) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Previous experience in a floor walking or IT support role
