Early Life Support Engineer
We're looking for a dedicated Engineer to assist with a large-scale migration project. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Ouston, focused on providing crucial support during the initial phase of a new network rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Set-up: Help with the initial setup of the migration clinic.
Device Management: Safely move and manage a large number of devices from storage to the refresh clinic, following instructions from the onsite team.
System Access: Log in to necessary systems on provided devices as directed by project leads.
Laptop Refresh: Support the process of refreshing laptops for end-users.
Reporting: Update the workflow management system accurately and at each required step.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Post-Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager, seeking guidance as needed.
Stock Control: Assist with daily manual stock checks and report your findings.
Security: Ensure all devices are securely stored at the end of each day.
Requirements
Security Clearance: You must hold a valid SC clearance.
