The duties and responsibilities of a Planning Engineer (Mining) will include but not be limited to: Designs and implements shaft sinking with mechanised SBR technology. To produce construction methods based on design. Candidate needs to have outstanding CAD experience and to be able to produce drawings and alterations etc to new and existing designs (to note the majority of the workload of this role is design based so must be a proficient design engineer) Maintains high level expertise in shaft sinking or the mining sector. Develops solutions to engineering and other field related issues that arise from the execution of project installation activities. Provide timely and complete resolution to technical questions and requests for information. Maintain Project As-Built drawings. Ensures compliance with job specifications.
